Once an order has been completed there are no cancellations or refunds. Please contact The GirlCode Boutique within four days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code, which would be your first name and last initial as the code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the fifth day following your purchase date.

At this time The GirlCode Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.
Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge of $35. All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.
